I am an experienced personal life coach, based in the North West, and have been coaching individual clients for many years. By encouraging individuals to get to know themselves better, I can identify the causes that are preventing them achieving what they want or achieving even more. Quite simply, I develop routes to move forward and make change happen that result in success.

Through one-to-one honest and open discussions I can help you gain clarity around the changes you want to make and together we can formulate a tailored approach to get you to where you want to be, with confidence. I will be 100% committed to you throughout your life coaching sessions and in return my goals orientated service will help you to take your life forward and realise your potential, leading to a more self confident, fulfilled and happier person.
